I created Australia's largest online film communities using Facebook groups and secured production crew roles on national TV shows and international films. But the lack of control over creative projects had me asking “what else?”—leading to my pivot toward business.
I started in sales roles, consistently smashing records. Working in face-to-face RTO (Registered Training Organisation) recruitment, I'd read sales training from legends like Tony Robbins and Jordan Belfort, then implement it in real-time. This gave me invaluable insights into human psychology and what people truly respond to. Interestingly, I'm naturally an introvert—which taught me that authentic connection trumps charisma every time.
Born in Australia to first-generation immigrant parents, this multicultural foundation, combined with early exposure to both creative industries and high-performance sales, taught me the power of narrative in business and the importance of building genuine relationships across diverse cultures.
